When do I get my order?

Each item is made to order unless specified.
Below are the processing & approximate domestic U.S. shipping times for each item. (In some cases quicker shipping options are available at checkout) International shipping times may vary. (Please see countries we ship to Internationally).

Note : We work with different production partners worldwide. If you order more than 1 item of a different type they may arrive in different packages at possibly different time frames.  

Business days are Monday thru Friday.

• Blissfully Brand – Crafted in the China (Imported) for a versatile range.
• Blissfully Brand Black Label – Produced both in China (Imported) and Canada, offering elevated styles and designs. 
• London Bliss Collection – Exquisite pieces straight from London, England, blending casual elegance with contemporary flair. 
• Profonde Collection – Produced exclusively in Canada.
• Vivezza Collection – Luxuriously crafted in Italy, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and chic aesthetics.

USPS, USPS Priority, DHL Express, DHL Premium, UPS, 4PX , Europe Express, EUB & Fed-Ex.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries:

Shipping times & carriers vary plus tracking will be provided upon shipment.
(Canadian made items tracking is limited or not available for international & non U.S. shipments)

GENERAL RETURNS

We want you to love what you're wearing. If something isn't quite right, we've made returns simple.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start the process, visit our online Return Portal.

Condition Requirements All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How It Works Once Approved Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please initiate your USPS return shipment within 10 days of receiving this label to ensure your return is processed.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

RETURN TO SENDER POLICY

Blissfully Brand ships every order with care — but occasionally, a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or refusal at the door. Here's how we handle it:

If your package is returned to us due to an address error, missed delivery, or refusal:

You'll be refunded for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee (and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier, if applicable). Since these charges cover real shipping costs already incurred, they are non-refundable.

Want your order reshipped instead?

We're happy to send your package back out — simply cover the cost of new shipping, and we'll get it on its way. Reach out to our team within [10 days] of your refund notification to arrange reshipment.

To avoid return-to-sender delays: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers and delivery instructions. Blissfully Brand is not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect address information provided at time of order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER GENERAL RETURNS

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All general returns that are not U.S. based, shipping costs for return will be taken care of by customer. Upon receiving item, a refund for purchase price of item will be given.

FAULTY MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If an item is faulty (as per defined below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item.

*Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present BEFORE being washed. Wrong size, color or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned items that have been laundered.

ORDER  CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an order you can cancel on our online Guest Returns Portal within one hour or less of when you placed the order.
If after the hour timeframe, you may utilize our online return portal once receiving your item.
