To ensure the leather print on your product is as durable as possible, we’ve worked hard refining our printing process and craftsmanship. As leather has a naturally textured surface, you may notice small surface differences. This is common for natural leather and leather printing. All leathers age naturally according to usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base color may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use, we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep it looking its best. • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. • Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics or upholstery as the color may transfer. • While a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat. • To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint-free cotton cloth.

GENERAL RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All refunds will be submitted via the original payment method used when your placed order. If you wish to return an item, please visit our online Return Portal Here.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept returns that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way or requested after 14 days of delivery date.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges
INTERNATIONAL ORDER GENERAL RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All general returns that are not U.S. based, shipping costs for return will be taken care of by customer. Upon receiving item, a refund for purchase price of item will be given.
FAULTY MERCHANDISE RETURNS
If an item is faulty (as per defined below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item.
*Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present BEFORE being washed. Wrong size, color or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned items that have been laundered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order you can cancel on our online Guest Returns Portal within one hour or less of when you placed the order.
If after the hour timeframe, you may utilize our online return portal once receiving your item.
