Leather Detail:
Nappa Leather is a Bovine-calf full grain leather and is the best grain available. It comes in a choice of either textured (Bubble/Pebble), which has a stamped 'Bison' grain, or smooth which has a flat face. Our leathers are tanned in Europe, using the best quality materials and processes, and are handcrafted by leatherworkers into our London Bliss Collection of bags & accessories.
How your Sechia Clutch is made:
Each and every bag is expertly handcrafted to order, beginning with the printing process on the luxurious leather. Our advanced technology ensures that the eco-friendly inks are securely bonded to the Nappa itself, ensuring that your design will remain flawless for years to come. The leather is then precisely cut and molded to create your personalized metal frame clutch, while the elegant Suede Vision lining is carefully placed inside. After the two pieces of leather and the Suede Vision are meticulously stitched together, the metal frame is delicately added to the top of the bag. Our impeccable quality control team thoroughly inspects the finished product to ensure its perfection before it is sent to you.

GENERAL RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All refunds will be submitted via the original payment method used when your placed order. If you wish to return an item, please visit our online Return Portal Here.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept returns that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way or requested after 14 days of delivery date.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges
INTERNATIONAL ORDER GENERAL RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All general returns that are not U.S. based, shipping costs for return will be taken care of by customer. Upon receiving item, a refund for purchase price of item will be given.
FAULTY MERCHANDISE RETURNS
If an item is faulty (as per defined below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item.
*Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present BEFORE being washed. Wrong size, color or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned items that have been laundered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order you can cancel on our online Guest Returns Portal within one hour or less of when you placed the order.
If after the hour timeframe, you may utilize our online return portal once receiving your item.
